Did anyone buy any of the new toy story LEGO sets?
No, not yet.
Yes, I got “Woody and Buzz to the Rescue”. It’s very cool how they made the characters. My mom thought the mini figures were cute

I didn’t even realise these existed! I’ll definitely keep an eye out in the local toy shop.
I got two sets from Argos last week. Here are a few pics :-
They are a tad expenisve, but you have to pay for the licence I suppose, but I do love them. Both sets look great and were fun to build. The only annoying thing is that the majority of buttons etc on the Construct A Buzz are stickers - why couldn’t they be pre-printed on the bricks so that they are perfectly straight, grrrr?!
I’m not going to collect all the sets, but will pick up the big Emperor Zurg to go with Buzz one day.

All I’ve seen is Zurg, which looks awesome, and a set with Woody’s gang in a mine thing. I definitely wanna pick up some. What I REALLY hope they make, a Lego Toy Story video game. That would RULE!!! There could be like a giant lego Andy, and Sid as a boss, and the luggage cart place, the yard sale, flying around the room, escaping scud, breaking from the rocket, fighting Zurg, going through the air vents, Al’s toy Barn, getting to Al’s Toy barn, crossing the street, recon plan Charlie, I need to talk to LEGO!!
With 3 films in the franchise now, I defintley think we’ll see a Lego Toy Story video game soon. Once the Harry Potter one has been released in April or thereabouts, we will probably hear something about it then. It might, but probably won’t be out in time for June, but I expect to see it on the shelves for Christmas

I don’t have any of these, but my brother loves Legos so maybe he’ll find some and get them.
I’ve got a feeling the LEGO Toy Story game will be released along side Toy Story 3 Blu-Ray / DVD release. I also think the Toy Story Mania will be a launch title for Project Natal.
WOW, these are amazing! What does Wood’s head look like? Is the head crafted to the hat or is the hat removable? At any rate, these are some of the best looking Lego Mini figures I’ve seen since their Lego Star Wars sets. I really hope that LEGO blocks appear in Toy Story 3!

Hi, I’m new to the site. I just bought the army men set yesterday. I want to get a few other sets too.
Greetings ainick, welcome to PIXAR Planet! Just being curious, how tall are the army men in comparison to other LEGO minifigs? Also are their helmets removable?
Thanks. I’m not sure because i don’t own the bucket of soldiers yet but they are the size of regular Lego mini figures. yes, their helmets are removable plus they have removable stands that connect to their feet. I may post some pics later on today.
The Toy Story 3 sets due out this summer actually show us some substantial plot points.
I’m a bigger Lego fan than I am Toy Story, so any questions about the sets feel free to ask. 
There’s also a set called ‘Lotso’s Truck’ coming out, but no images yet.
What mini-figs are they planning on making? So far I’ve seen Woody, Buzz, Lotso, Rex, Hamm, Jessie, Bullseye, the Green Aliens, Army Men, Zurg and the Prospector. Are they eventually going to make any LEGO characters of the humans?
