My friend wrote this one day while I was down to cheer me up. I personally think it’s awesome (yet I may be a bit bias… she is a good friend and I am a Ratatouille fan 
).
There are those who would accept any old trash
But as for me I protest—
What good can come from a hierarchy
That won’t let us into the kitchen?
The wonderful aromas these rats have missed
These beautiful wooden spoons
And the satisfaction of a customer
Eating your freshly cooked food!
Ah for the love of humans,
Why detest us so?
Just because we’re humble rats…
Ok, I’ve got it, we know.
But it’s not like you are any cleaner
And it’s not like your tastes could be keener
Than that of Remy the cooking rat
