OH GOSH. RATATOUILLE. THAT IS ABOUT THE BEST THING EVER. And it’s nice to see EVE showing some sort of… I dunno… not perfectness. Humanness.
Okay, now that’s it. No more clips before the movie for me. I’ve had too many for my own good. XD
OMG they translated the “WAAAALL-E”. It sounds like he’s either dying or puking. Disappointing.
The only thing more annoying then being told to not pirate movies after you just paid $8+ too see one is the commercials they now make you watch too. No wonder so many people stay home and wait for DVDs these days.
It’s disturbing in context of WallE’s plot too. Here we are a thousand years later with a trashed planet, and Eve is busy chiding WallE for having a pirated DVD. Who knows how many piles of trash were shifted before finding that DVD, which may be the last copy in existence. Studios are more concerned with their profits then the proliferation and longevity of their art.
But I’m just reading too much into it probably so I’ll stop before I break into some rant about Copyright extensions.
but EVE after breaking the egg-beater was great. Every little bit I see of this movie just notches up the anticipation more and more.
Mixed thoughts on some of that, but good point Fett with the “what if it’s the last copy” thing, but yeah, I think it was just meant to be funny. I don’t think the dug that deep.

I do think it’s okay to have anti-piracy commercials, and come on, it’s a commercial! Don’t you think getting all worked up about it is a little dramatic?
