VanArts is holding an Animation Master class with Pixar’s Andrew Gordon (of Spline Doctor’s fame) on the weekend of April 19-20. The class is for professionals and students alike who are interested in learning about great animation.
This seminar is designed for professional animators as well as students. The skill sets covered are not software specific. All Lectures are presented in an organized method using clips, drawings and informational slides. Topics range from Animation Principles, Design, Acting, Blocking Techniques to Facial Animation and Polish Techniques. Most of the techniques are geared towards 3d character animation for feature animation, but can be applied to game work and 2d animation.
Cost: $529 (no GST) includes lunch on both days
