Is it possible he’s directing W.A.L.-E ?

Just if anyone is wondering, here is a list of people at The Simpsons who have gone on to work at PIXAR.

1. David Silverman
2. Brad Bird
3. Jim Reardon
4. Rich Moore
5. Kevin O’Brien

I’m sure Disney would have done so had it been the title but I can’t help thinking ‘wal-e’ is more likely than ‘wale’ given that you can pronounce the former as ‘wally’ (which is itself a pixar reference) and you can only pronounce ‘wale’ as, well, wale.

That just probably wouldnt be right. I mean Pixar have said that they would do another sequel if there was there story for it needing to be told. And two sequels in a row. I don’t think thats like them. Pixar have said that they would prefer to do new stuff and that is what i see them doing.

Right now, I’m at the point where this seens highly unlikely. What’s your perspective on this?

I was just looking at that on saturday. I also tried http://www.wal-emovie.com but some guy registered that on saturday. As Disney could have registered WAL-EMovie.com, they didn’t. So I am guessing its all WALE for what it means if you catch my drift.

I also looked into other domains to see how far Disney have gone, I did http://www.toystory3.com and that wasn’t registered by Disney but registered to someone in Emeryville with an email address that has the word pixar in the name part.

The website doesn’t go anywhere yet but I’m sure it will eventually.

By all accounts I have seen it is totally expected that there will be a two disc, so why ask for one?
