Andrew Stanton recieved an Orange British Academy Film Award <\/a>for Best Animation today.<\/p>\n

WALL<\/span>•E beat out Waltz with Bashir and Persepolis, two films that generated big buzz. But there was no bigger buzz in animation this year than with WALL<\/span>•E, and the countless awards it has won shows it. The 9th Pixar film was also nominated two other times, for Music and Sound, but unfortunately didn’t win.<\/p>\n

Either way, this is big for our favorite little robot and the geniuses at Pixar, we congratulate you!<\/strong><\/p>\n
