Woody himself, Tom Hanks, updated Empire<\/a> on his upcoming Pixar film Toy Story 3 and other projects he’s working on!<\/p>\n

Here’s what he said to the magazine about the highly anticipated sequel:
\n"They did an interesting thing on this one. They did not send us a script. They showed us a complete story reel of the entire movie, with storyboards moving from one to the next, and the people up at Pixar recorded some voices with some music and sound effects. Tim Allen and John Ratzenberger and I went in a movie theatre, watched the reel and said, ‘This is great, let’s get to work!’"<\/p>\n

Update:<\/strong> Variety<\/a> also talked to Tom Hanks about his future projects including Toy Story 3. here’s what he had to say:
\n"Being in the hands of the people at Pixar, it’s like getting into the JPL<\/span>. You’re with folks who invented the art form… It’s like I’ve been invited to a great party for a third time. It’s hard work… It’s not easy to do. But it’s always convivial and very, very rewarding. We wouldn’t be doing this if there wasn’t a story where it’s like, ‘How do you guys come up with this?’"<\/p>\n
