<\/a>Adventure is out there and coming to your home as Up<\/strong> lands on Blu-ray and DVD<\/span> November 10th, 2009! <\/p>\n

This release will come in three main variations: a 4-Disc Blu-ray<\/a> (2 Blu-rays, a Digital Copy for handheld devices, and a standard DVD<\/span>), a 2-Disc Special Edition DVD<\/span> (confirmed<\/a>) and a 1-Disc Standard DVD<\/span><\/a>. The barebones 1-Disc release will only include the shorts Partly Cloudy<\/strong> and Dug’s Special Mission<\/strong> as extras. The 2-Disc would add commentary, a featurette and a digital copy. On the other hand the 4-Disc set is packed with loads of bonus material!<\/p>\n

In this collector’s must-have you will find all of the above plus making-of extras such as character focused Geriatric Hero<\/strong>, Canine Companions<\/strong>, Russell: Wilderness Explorer<\/strong> and Our Giant Flightless Friend, Kevin<\/strong>, as well as set, research and music focused Homemakers of Pixar<\/strong>, Balloons and Flight<\/strong>, Adventure is Out There<\/strong> (the much talked about trip to South America) and Composing for Characters<\/strong>. You can also find alternate scenes like Married Life<\/strong> and The Many Endings of Muntz<\/strong> included in the set. Like all other Pixar Blu-rays you’ll also be treated to Cine-Explore<\/strong> (commentary plus visuals) with Pete Docter and Bob Peterson and an exclusive Java based game called Global Guardian Badge Game<\/strong>. The 1-Disc release will be retailing for US $19.99 and the 4-Disc Set will be selling for US $34.99 through Disney although the SRP<\/span> is different according to the press release.
