<\/a>A brand new track from Toy Story 3 that certainly won’t<\/em> get lost in translation makes its debut today!<\/p>\n

The Gypsy Kings<\/a>‘ (seen to the right) recording, "You’ve Got a Friend in Me (Para Buzz Español)<\/a>", is a new rendition of the world famous Toy Story theme — as you might’ve guessed. Randy Newman’s famous lyrics are sung in Spanish with an accompanying Flamenco tune.<\/p>\n

The track above was recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios<\/a>, by the way. I’m particularly excited about this little snippet from the soundtrack because I just knew that You’ve Got a Friend in Me would return in some way for ‘3’ as it did in part 2! <\/p>\n

Lee Unkrich notes that ‘Para Buzz Español’ was made for the iconic Spanish Buzz scene, as previewed in the trailer. The (almost finished)<\/a> version of Toy Story 3 that I got to see at Pixar did not include original music, so this is all new to me! <\/p>\n

According to Disney, the Toy Story 3 Soundtrack will make its debut digitally on June 15th<\/strong>. No word on a physical copy — although Best Buy seems to have a pre-order up<\/a>. Also of note, Amazon has ‘Toy Story Favorites’ CD for pre-order<\/a>, featuring the best known TS tunes.<\/p>\n
