<\/a>Just when you thought Disney\/Pixar had finished rolling out<\/a> its complete For Your Consideration campaign…<\/p>\n

Toy Story 3<\/em>‘s Oscar push continues with the ad to the right<\/a>, emulating a scene from Midnight Cowboy<\/em>. It’s a fine addition to the "Not Since…" series, but there’s much more to the campaign than nabbing Best Picture.<\/p>\n

As evidence by the ad below<\/a>, the studio is also hoping for another historic nomination. Believe it or not, the helmer of <\/a>an animated film has never won, let alone been nominated for, an Oscar in the Best Director category. Who knows, maybe that could change this year.<\/p>\n

It’s clear to audiences and critics that Lee Unkrich hit it out of the ballpark with the third installment in the ‘Toy’ series. But will that be enough to overcome a seemingly insurmountable prejudice in the Academy?<\/p>\n
