Just in time for Halloween, the studio has announced a brand new holiday special starring Woody and the gang entitled <em>Toy Story of Terror<\/em>!<a href=\"http:\/\/www.awn.com\/news\/television\/pixar-announces-toy-story-terror-tv-special\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><\/p>\n<p>Animation World Network<\/a> provides a short synopsis: &quot;<em>What starts out as a fun road trip for the <\/em>Toy Story <em>gang takes an unexpected turn for the worse when the trip detours to a roadside motel. After one of the toys goes missing, the others find themselves caught up in a mysterious sequence of events that must be solved before they all suffer the same fate in this <\/em>Toy Story of Terror.<em>&quot;<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\nI&#8217;d be surprised if <em>Toy Story 3<\/em> director Lee Unkrich wasn&#8217;t involved with this project, considering his adoration of <em>The Shining<\/em>.
