In the final cut, Cruz ended up struggling to drive on the sandy terrain, skidding about all over the place, but this alternate deleted scene shows her driving faster than\u00a0<em>the\u00a0<\/em>Lightning McQueen right from the get-go. Her little &#8216;good luck charm&#8217; routine that she likes to perform before a race is also incredibly endearing.
