I’ve just put online a trip report of the Grand Premiere of CARS<\/span> yesterday at the French Cin\u00e9math\u00e8que in Paris.
\nJohn Lasseter was there and following the digital projection of the movies, as well as the highly well received Ratatouille teaser, he sat on stage and talked about his careers by commenting images on screen. I was able to ask him a question about his future as he has many resposibilities now following the merge with Disney and will he be able to direct another movie soon? His answer can be seen on a video on the page of my site:<\/p>\n

Cars<\/i> Grand Premiere<\/a><\/p>\n

Another video is a selection of moments from the debate and it ends with a great optimistic note for traditinal animation and heers applause from the audience which were mostly animation students and fans.
\nOn the same page, you cn see pics from the Red Carpet arrival of John Lasseter and his wife as well as the french cast of the movie characters. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\nThe page is full of photos and information on the event. The question\/answer session videos are great and well worth watching. <\/p>\n

During the question and answer sessions John discusses some images symbolizing of the stages in his career as a writer, with images like Micky Mouse and Dumbo.<\/p>\n
