I think if you hang around the forums alot, familiarize yourself with the rules and guidelines, be in active member, maybe PV and the other admins will consider it.

I’ve been a mod on several forums, and I like keeping things in order.
I am sure you would be a good mod WALL-E, but even though you have moderation experience, I think that the admins still see you as a newbie. Stick around for a year or two and we’ll see.
