An 'Up' Theme.

There are Pixar Planet themes for every Pixar movie expect Up.There should be an Up theme for Pixar Planet.Also a Wall:E theme for Upcoming Pixar.

There’s already a suggestion there, actually. I hope we get one soon! I’ll throw a mockup together at some point, but it’ll be useless til we get someone to code it.
