I think I’ve
commented on this thread a long time ago but I’m too tired to go through all the pages today… but I really
like your style.
I’m wondering if you just use watercolor for your shading?

The
Star Swordsman : Well, maybe I’ll do that next ![]()
JamieLew : Thanks. Actually, the shading is made with the same ink that I
use for the drawing, but I put water in it.
Here’s the first step to my next fanart :

Boundin’, as The Star Swordsman suggested it.
It’s only in pencil for now, so it’s a little messy. But it’ll be nicer soon ![]()
Wow! You’re
good! ![]()
I love their expressions; you made them so realistic! ![]()
So far, so good! I can’t wait to
see the finished result. ![]()
It looks great! Keep working on it!
It just gets better and better! ![]()
Wow! Excellent work. I love how everything is drawn to
perfection. I might be exaggerating, but I love it so much. Even the shaven lamb looks cute.
Awesome! I see your style now –
it’s the same as mine (and probably any animator’s/artist’s for that matter): sketching, outlining, then
shading.
Sure looks great, as always. Keep up the good work! ![]()
wow! That’s really good! I’m not the best at ink
shading. I need to be able to erase.
But that was drawn and shaded perfectly! Very nice!
Fantastic. It looks great when it’s just in pencil. This makes me more eager to see the
finished result! ![]()
Geri looks incredible. The shading and the details
are indeed incredible. I wonder how you do it sometimes. Even the chess pieces look really good as well.
Aww, wow! Geri looks so…Geri! ![]()
AMAZING…
You did a great job modeling his complexion! ![]()
Wonderful attention to
detail, Archibald! I was waiting for you to do a picture of Geri ever since I saw
your avatar, actually. Nice job. ![]()
This is based on the
Ratatouille Japanese poster :
As always, there will be
two other versions of this sketch, probably tomorrow ![]()
