Archibald's sketches

Here’s the first step of

Tippy.

Can’t wait to see it finished!!!

(applause)

Well for a first step, she looks pretty adorable. Did you

just look and draw of use another method?

I just

look and draw  What other method could I use

?

Cleaned up version.

Look and draw huh?

That is pretty amazing for a look and draw technique. I love it so much. You are really good at it. I would think

that you would place a sheet of paper over your computer and trace over it.

Archibald - Great job! I

can’t wait to see the finished result.

Haha – trust me, I

tried that once many years ago…and it was an absolute nightmare. It’s an interesting technique, though.

However, it’s much easier to just look and sketch (at least, it is for me).

Finished result.

I’ll do Bass next. And

then some Ratatouille’s ones.

Awesome, Archibald, as always! I admire your skill

for being able to draw mouths and eyes perfectly – I’ve always had trouble in that field.

So yeah,

great job! I can’t wait to see the Ratatouille ones!

Tippy looks absolutely adoreable. I love how you keep the consistant detail with every picture

you draw. Incredibly amazing.

Here’s

my first version of Bass. I’ll finish it tomorrow

or later, 'cause I don’t have the energy to do it now

Bass looks so cool. That is one of my favorite poses

of him. Him cracking his knucks. . . it just looks so cool. I can not wait to see the finished project.

Second step.

Now the shading

Here it is, shaded Bass.

Awesome! It looks absolutely superb,

Archibald! Again, the shading is great.

You definitely have the whole

package: The eyes, the expression, his build, absolutely everything!

Another great one

Archibald, another great one!

My favorite about your finished pic

is probably the face. His expression says it all. I love it so much. Very nice. Please continue.

These characters are all great, Archibald, but have

you ever thought of doing some scenery or places? Like from where you live (which I believe is Paris) or Pixar

movies?

Well, I don’t actually live in Paris, but I go there three times a week, and it’s really not far. Now, about doing some scenery, I don’t know. Maybe, one day

I did a picture of Remy with a different style : here.

I’ll wait for the HD trailer to do Ratatouille fanarts with my usual style

Great stuff!!! You should try using that

mehtod more often. Is that pen?
