Are you a Disney movie fan?

Hell yah I am!!! I love the old Disney Classics like Pinocchio, 101 Dalmations, Sleeping Beauty. The 90s movies like Aladin, Beauty and the Beast, and The Hunchback of Notre Dame. And The Princess and tge Frog was good. So was Bolt. But I dont really dont like the live action movies.

Bradandez: really? I like the live ones close to as much. hums POTC theme

Performs ‘Let’s Annoy Brad Bird’ fist-pump. YEESSS…!

Oh no I like Pirates of the Carribean (not goo at spelling) its the other live action ones like remakes Sorcer’s Apprentice and G Force.

same here. The fourth Pirates looks if-y though. And G Force was horrible. Never saw Sorcerers Apprentice though… Was it any good?

      I don’t want to annoy Brad, though. Oh well, he’ll live I suppose

I might as well create a top 10 list considering the fact that I may forget someday  :

1- The Hunchback of Notre Dame
2- The Nightmare Before Christmas (it counts)
3- Alice in Wonderland
4- The Brave Little Toaster
5- The Princess and the Frog
6- Fantasia
7- Pinocchio
8- Tarzan
9- Beauty and the Beast
10- Mulan

I adore The Nightmare Before Christmas, and it definitely counts.

I am a huge Disney fan, and I love all the ones people have been bringing up
But G-Force disturbed me greatly… I didn’t even bother watching it.
All I remember is that the trailer that played before Up in theatres (I was watching it in 3-D) made me feel totally nauseous.

No, not really. I grew up with films like Lady and the Tramp and Peter Pan, but I’m not really a big fan. However, I can’t stand some of their recent stuff like High School Musical and Camp Rock. Just awful, and a disgrace to classic Disney.

Yes and no!

Yes- I love some of their films, and I grew up watching them so there’s probably some nostalgia involved. One of my favourites was Mulan, which kind of help start my interest in East Asian countries (which culminated in a school trip to China). I like some of Disney’s old TV cartoons. They’ve made some good films, Disney.

No- I don’t really like the musical aspect of their animated films. I don’t mind it if the song is good, but sometimes they seem to drop in totally dull songs just to fill some kind of quota. I mean, often I’ll watch a Disney film and find that there’s just one or two too many songs.

Also, I’ve never really been a fan of romantic storylines in movies. The lovey scenes coupled with some of the duller songs used to make me zone out as a kid and stop paying attention.

I’m not sure if I’m ready to forgive Disney for inflicting Hannah Montana, High School Musical and Dick Van Dyke’s cokney accent upon the world just yet.

Slightly offtopic- I don’t hate all of the songs, by the way. Just the ones that feel out of place. Mulan kind of avoided this by having no songs at all in the second half of the film for some reason. Maybe to show the effects of the horrors of war upon the characters? Who knows?

Ha, that’s interesting! Because my interest of “The Princess and the Frog” resulted on me choosing New Orleans as the spot for my Mission Trip this year!

Awesome! The Princess and the Frog is a great movie, probably one of my favourite Disney ones.

Same! That’s why my username is Evangeline  TPATF really got me interested in jazz music, and I added some hard-core jazz to my iPod! I only have like one or two songs, but I love them. And the whole soundtrack

‘Princess and the Frog’ was simply awesome! Pure magic seeing a movie like that on the big screen again after 10 years! It was just so enriching with its environment and sweetly told…

I know! Princess and the Frog was the first Disney movie I’m old enough to remember seeing at the theater. I was born in 1995, so all the classics were pretty much done already. I remember seeing Lilo & Stitch though, that’s a good movie right there

Yeah, Lilo and Stitch is pure beast. Point blank. <3

That was in 2002, right? Yeah, for some reason I can’t remember me or the rest of my family being very fond of Stitch at the time, I’m sure I’d like it waaay more now though.

I’m glad there’s so many Lilo and Stitch fans! You can tell I’m a fan, from my sig of course!

Yeah, it’s my favorite Disney movie since 2000, followed by Atlantis.
