Now that’s what I call a poster, all this hype is exciting!

I do wonder how they’re gonna explain that to the audience in the movie.
While I love the new poster- like Rio, it’s basically a re-edit of a previous poster with some new elements in it. 
I hope they make a fresh one with not-seen-before images instead of recycling the teaser poster by adding a few poses from the wallpapers.
And aren’t some of the wallpapers (Sally, Flo, Lizzie, etc.) the exact same as the ones for the first movie? The only difference for some (like Luigi, Guido, Mack) is that they now wear earphones.
I hope we see some really new poses in later promotional materials.

not at all, I read like 3 weeks ago, that Doc was gonna receibe a homage in cars 2, Owen Wilson said that. I guess, maybe a cameo, but he is still in there,to be honest I have skipped every spoiler to avoid reading the plot, about Cars 2 I only know the characters and the main sypnosis, but that is all, what they do with Doc, I prefer to be amazed and surprised in the theater,
HOPING to not have a Bo Peep faith and explanation in the film

The thing is they can do an “homage” either with Doc in the movie or addressing the death of Doc, and I’m thinking the second option is more likely.

It’s awesome. Pity that they don’t have the old characters wallpapers anymore. I was coincidentally using them. It’s a real luck I saved them on my PC.
