No, that’s not it. But I think you found him in a better spot than I did!

I spotted Luigi by the water fountain, right where Remy looks back at Skinner coming towards him, and then he starts to run away, causing the chase. If I had a computer DVD player, I’d get a screenshot of it for you, but I don’t, so…oh, well.
