I see a slideshow with many images, which one are you referring to?
I guess he meant the very first one with Lightning and Francesco racing at Porto Corsa. There’s no such shot in the movie version, and obviously there was no friendly smiles like those at Porto Corsa.

Is there any possibility that those are toys in that picture? Look at Mater’s tow cable, and Lightning’s rims. If they are toys, there probably isn’t a larger picture.

Wow, that’s somewhat difficult. I’m sure they also used a screenshot from the film, as I don’t think that was ever released as a promotional image.
