Roz is too funny a character not to put her in the film, but at the same time I think it will be hard to do it unless it involves another child security break.
I can easily see Roz in a receptionist’s job, working in the admissions office or something. I don’t think we’ll be seeing the CPA side of her though, otherwise that’d ruin the big unveil from the first movie if Mike and Sully find out in this movie.
Unless they don’t show her interacting with them as Number 1 and only the audience sees her involvement with the CPA… it would be tricky to pull of but if anyone cane do it, it’s Pixar, I guess.

As much as I’d think Roz would be “creepy to the extreme” as “da lunch lady”…I doubt she’ll be in this in an undercover…oh heck any sense considering Sullivan and Wazowski never knew she was part of the C.D.A.
Unless the plot revolves around something critical to security or against the law, I doubt she’ll be in it. If it DOES…she would be directly undercover, and keep it that way from Sullivan, Wazowski, Randall, and anybody else involved.

As for security break, though they may be exaggerating their security measures, it was said Boo was the first child to enter the monster world. Though I have my doubts on this…
They wouldn’t have “real” doors at a university, too much of a risk. No…that would be in the official training at a factory, not general education (the real-deal that is)
While Randall can come off as a jerk, I don’t see him being a bully. I’ve stated many reasons why, so I won’t go into them.
I don’t see why it can’t happen. I’ve seen cases like that in real life.
Maybe Sulley supports his own studies working in a fast food chain, or something like that 
I mean, I graduated from one of the most expensive universities in my country and not everyone had rich parents (or parents at all, for that mater). There are many ways of working things around.
Wonder is Sulley will have any relationship’s with a girl.

Erm. Sullivan seems like he comes from a well-earned family to me. Not exactly rich, but can afford finer things in life. By the time he’s in M.I. he, Sullivan, wants to make his own way without finacial assistance (which is kinda hard to do when Wazowski pays more for CDs than he does for rent).
Relationship for Sullivan hmm…well in sequel terms, I doubt he’d be able to pursue any relationship because his job (one he wasn’t trained for or expected) is so demanding. Hence a growing jealousy toward Wazowski and Celia’s relationship…
No…no I’d think that would detract attention away from Wazowski and Celia’s growing relationship.
Rivals? This Randall here?
Well…work-wise Randall’s a dedicate, hard worker, and hates cheating. Sullivan…well at the time of his M.I. employment, Sullivan is also a hardworker, so they would get along in some ways. However in college, it’s an unknown. It’ll probably be their different lifestyles that will cause some confliction.
Sullivan, a more-than-average upbringing but lazy college-bound behemoth, Randall, lacking an upbringing so having a tough guy exterior. I hope that Randall affects Sullivan at least in SOME positive way, because the two didn’t have as grudging a rivalry as him Wazowski did.
As for Fungus, who knows. I doubt Randall would have put up with him through College and THEN through years in the job.
I would prefer if he didn’t.
