Dealing with your father passing away is an insanely emotional time for anybody. Give the guy a break. 
I am not interested in this. why would they make a movie of Captain Underpants?
Because there are people who are interested, I suppose.
Wow. I know a movie that I never plan on seeing.
I remember Caption Underpants was fairly popular in my elementary school. But I didn’t really like the books. So I’ll probably skip this movie. I wish Dreamworks would do more original films and not ones based on books.
I completely agree! This just seems like an excuse for 1.5 hours of potty jokes to me. 
But its perfect for dreamworks. That’s their style.

Kinda both, but leaning more on the complaint side. I know DW can make great films like HTTYD. But they seem to want to return to their Shrek days. And Captain Underpants would be perfect for them, even though I would hate to see them make it.
I’m kinda of a cautious DW fan. Its kinda hard to love them.
I know, but their past few movies, Megamind, How to train Your Dragon, Puss in Boots, were all good. It’s like taking a major step back.
I want them to make more films like HTTYD, and Megamind, and less like Shrek. But I don’t see it. I see them returning to the old days. Anything that they can franchise easily.
