So what do you like better? Dreamworks or Pixar’s website. I’ll go with dreamworks just because they have a nicer theater. :`-(

“Dreamworks’ website” are the words you’re looking for, champ.

Of course I’d say Pixar, even though it really should be updated more often, but I guess that’s what Upcoming Pixar is for… and Dreamworks loses points because of that scary human-fish face from Shark Tale on the front page. But I do like the ‘studio’ section of the site. Pixar’s site is nice and clean, which what I like.

I honestly think the Pixar website has a simple yet attractive layout. The Dreamworks site is a bit tacky, hard to navigate, and somewhat ugly. It reminds me of the main Disney site a little.

Unnecessary flash makes me rage, and the Dreamworks site is nothing but flash.

Dreamworks’ is too busy and full of Flash, which, in my option, needs to be used minimally to be effective. I prefer Pixar’s site.

Pixar.com is much more simplistic and easier to navigate.
Another website that followed a similar layout is Disney Animation. Check it out, cool stuff.

I like the Pixar site better. It actually has a theme, and is simple to use.

The Dreamworks site is too randomly colorful for its own good, it uses Flash (I hate completely Flash sites), and it’s a bit overwhelming and gaudy.

No offence to Pixar, but id have to go with Dreamworks on this one.

Pixar’s simple easy to use and reminds me very much of Walt Disney Animation Studio’s website.

Pixar. Not that I’ve looked at Dreamworks’ site at all, but I’m just going to assume it’s rubbish in comparison.

You seem to more against Dreamworks animation than me!..

With that said…I prefer Pixar’s website

Dreamworks took forever to load on my one…and then greets me with a bunch of movies i didn’t particularly like. Not to mention that Wallace and Gromit has been shoved right near the back of all of their features. Wallace and Gromit being the best movie Dreamworks animation have distributed.

I like the pixar website, i’ve visited quite often just to have a nose around. It has a lovely simple design, the colours aren’t too bold and striking rather than that aggressive blue that DW’s site greets you with.

I just prefer simple website designs. Personally, i don’t need everything on a page to be moving around when i click it.

I’m going to go with Pixar. Dreamworks’s site is way too flashy and it takes a very long time to load.

Well, at least you’re honest.

So, I think I might like WDFA’s site the most now. They have interesting colors and a wonderfully simple design (possibly borrowed from Pixar’s?). Some of the text could be fixed up a bit, though.

It’s ok to have a bias towards Pixar, but it’s good to at least respect the other animation companies that work their butts off for bringing entertainment for all to enjoy.

Yep, that’s fair enough, though since I don’t tend to enjoy Dreamworks films, I guess I don’t count.

It was a joke. Though, admittedly, I still haven’t looked at the website…

I haven’t looked at either one, but I’ve always found the Pixar site to be orderly and easy to navigate. And from what I’ve read, Dreamworks’ site doesn’t sound all that great; since I don’t particularly care for the layout of Disney’s website.

Does not mean I don’t respect other animation companies. I just don’t check out their websites all that often, unless I’m looking for screenshots before a movie comes out.

Nah, it’s ok. Sorry if I came out rather negative.
I prefer Pixar over Dreamworks any day too, haha. I just think it’s cool to at least pay attention to what Pixar’s competition is doing.

This is a really late notice, Rachelcakes1985, but I was using the Dreamworksese thing as a joke.
