I voted Marlin/??? 
(I’ve been a fan of Finding Nemo for years, so I’ve had far more time to love any pairings from it). I do like Marlin/Dory, but I must say Marlin/Coral was incredibly adorable…I sort of wish we’d seen/heard more about Coral…maybe Marlin talking about her or something.
Wall-E/Eve is certainly a close second. Define Dancing? It Only Takes a Moment? All too beautiful moments to ignore.
I went with Lightning/Sally. Yes, I’m just Cars obsessed! I think they are too cute for each other! I love how Sally is the main reason Lightning becomes attached to the town. If he never loved her, he just would have left and won the Piston Cup and nothing would be different. It is a major part of the story, and that’s what makes it such a lovable couple for me. Besides, I love making up kids for them. 
Of the ones listed, I picked Wall*EXEVE . It appears to be a very popular one too O_O . My favorite Pixar couple is actually Manny and Gypsy, but they’re not in the list. They’ve been my favorite for the LONGEST time, and I kinda wish we had gotten to know them better. (I always loved the moment when they held hands in the wagon, when they were giving Flick the pep talk. Now that I’ve noticed how Heimlich smiles when they hold hands, I love it even more. It was just too cute XD !)
Besides…let’s just face it, you just have to fall on the ground for those two bots. Once again, I’ll say that they really remind me of myself and my boyfriend.
I always thought that Jessie and Buzz hooked up, personally. Remember when Buzz complemented her hair and Jessie gets really excited. “Why aren’t you the SWEETEST space toy I’ve ever met!?” And Buzz’s reaction to Jessie helping Buster get out of the room. Heeheehee. This space. For sale. Wait, that was a blooper.

I tend to think of Wall-E/Eve as being the ultimate Pixar couple since the whole film was basically a love story. My other favorites would probably be Flik/Atta and Lightning/Sally.
And as the first to say this, I think Carl/Ellie from Up really belongs here also for that wonderful “Married Life” sequence.

I agree. Whenever I see a Woody/Jessie fanart or fanfiction it makes me kind of sick 
. They’re deffinately more like siblings, and just so close that it almost seams kind of wrong for them to be together…like if I dated my little brother. And also Woody has or [spoil]had[/spoil] Bo…so it seams kind of pointless anyway. Woody and Jessie are so alike that they’d never get along romantically…opposites attract
I love the Incredibles pairings: VIolet/Tony, Helen/Bob.
But my second favorite one has gotta be [spoil]Jessie/Buzz, after I saw TS3 twice.[/spoil]
