The Incredibles and Wall-E were the hardest as I loved every character. Mirage was just awesome to me, plus she was very mysterious. Flik IMO is one of Pixar’s greatest characters so far. Zurg was just amazing to me even with the short time he had. Guido was hilarious and determined. Collette, well I don’t know why I chose her!
As usual, this is a toughy, and I’m going to go with some weird ones:
Toy Story: Babyhead. Yes, seriously.
Bug’s Life: Hopper, one of my all-time favorite characters.
Toy Story 2: Buzz. I thought he really came into his own here.
Monsters Inc: Boo. Too cute.
Nemo: Man, this is hard - At the moment, I think I’m going to say Nigel, but it could just as easily be Dory or Gill. Too many good characters in this.
Incredibles: Edna Mode, darling!! Utterly Brilliant!
Cars: Doc Hudson. Great voice performance by Paul Newman. “Oh, just in case.”
Ratatouille: Anton Ego!
Wall-E: The Cockroach (Hal?) Yes, seriously. How on earth did they make a realistic cockroach “cute”?
Up: I’m sticking with the totally lovable Dug, although Muntz has obviously taken over 2nd place.
Ohmaigosh, I said Dory. I change that, I was just going off the top of my head, Nigel is great! I just love Nigel, such a great character! XD Thanks for that karly!

I didn’t want to be “shallow” with my answers… meaning I didn’t want to make the choices I did because they’re “main characters”, but it turns out that with Pixar, the main characters seem to be the ones with the most intense amount of personality.

Aside - my funny Nemo story: A few months after the movie opened, I ended up having 2 root canals. I got into a conversation with my dental nurse/assistant, who had seen Nemo and was all excited because they actually used the right terms (Hedstrom file vs. K-flex, etc.). To this day, one of my favorite scenes in Nemo is Peach and Nigel bantering about, “What did I miss?” “Root canal! And it’s a doozy!”
