minor couples in the Pixar movies… but the Violet Parr x Tony Rydinger one seems pretty popular, even though

Tony is a minor character and their relationship isn’t a main point in that movie (no offense meant, I do like

them as a couple as well!). So it leaves me to wonder whether it’s really just the characters, or how popular

the movie itself is, or something like that.[/size]

A tough question. It was (of course) between Bob/Helen, Fro/Honey, and Vi/Tony. In the end, Bob and Helen won out. Share the Super love. :sunglasses:

Wow, Mike and Celia have the most votes. Which is weird because IMO, they are the most lovesick of them all. :laughing: All the cutesy name calling and stuff.

I had a hard time to choose between Flik & Atta, Mike & Celia and Lightning & Sally. In the end, I voted for the ants. I just love it how their love develops. At first, Atta didn’t like him at all but than she fell for him and Flik fell for her. I really love that way to fall for someone in a movie.

I was deciding between Marlin & Coral, Lightning & Sally and Flik & Atta. I ultimately went with L&S same reason as LightingandSally but from a boy’s viewpoint.

Well this is tough because they are all really good coulples, but I had to pick the Potatoheads. They just crack me up…Way to Go, Idaho!!!

I have a lot of favorite Pixar couples, but Buzz/Jessie is my favorite.

Where’s Linguette? haha. I voted Manny and Gypsy because they’re just an adorable old/eccentric couple. “Stage is the other way, dear.” :laughing:

But my personal favorite is Colette and Linguini. She’s not your average girl, and he’s definitely better than your average guy. She deserves someone like him, and he brings out her soft side… which is healthy. She gives him confidence… which he needs. She’s known some pretty nasty buggers, and he is refreshingly innocent and (am I allowed to say ‘virginal’ in a figurative sense?). She knows that in a relationship with him, she would not be overshadowed and her life would not be dominated. She would not be pushed into anything she doesn’t want, and can still have the control she likes while being happy in love.
sigh I love them! So French and romantic, yet practical and modern!

CL: I know there are alot of Linguini/Collete fans out there. But you have to realize that this poll was crated a couple months before the release of Ratatouille. Maybe next time around, we might Linguini and Collete as an option.
