Favorite Scenes of Toy Story 3 (SPOILERS!!!)

Oh yeah that scene had me cracking up! And the [spoil]incinerator scene was so intense, I cried like a baby even though I already knew how the movie was going to end! [/spoil][/spoil]

In chronological order so I don’t have to pick favorites:

[spoil]
GASP The orphans!!!”

" I brought my attack dog! With a built-in force field!"
“Well I brought my dinosaur! Who EATS force field dogs!”- Actually hearing Woody say that, and seeing Slinky “evil”, not to mention Rex sounding like the T-Rex from Jurassic Park was hilarious. xD

Deluded Buzz calling Jessie “Temptress”

“El vaquero!”

Jessie asking Buzz what they’re going to do, and he just gives her that look and takes her hand and then everyone holds hands as they get closer to the fire. I was hugging my mom like a little kid while I cried.
(I’m so glad they brought home those aliens in Toy Story 2 now!)

Andy and Bonnie, and how the toys got to have one last playtime with him. Also, Andy not wanting to give up Woody at first. It’s such a mixture of joy and sadness, and I’m not sure if I cried more during this scene or the incinerator. Such a beautiful way to end the movie…and that little wave Bonnie makes Woody do, and the look on Andy’s face…okay, I gotta go hug my toys after I post this. :frowning:

Buzz and Jessie’s Spanish dance! I especially love the way she says "Just go with it Buzz. [/spoil]

Okay, I think this whole movie is my favorite. [/list]

(Yeah, I made everything a spoiler in this post. Just made it easier.)

[spoiler]
Same here. But it doesn’t just fade. After stopping abruptly, it echos the words and the silence. Just thinking about it gives me the chills.

My favorite parts? (Oh gosh…)

The introduction. Had the audience laughing the entire time.

The cell phone trick. When Woody holds the phone tighter as Andy talks and when Rex flips out as ‘Andy held him!’

When the toys are trying to get out of the trash bag, but can’t. And when Woody finds them running to the garage beneath the recycle bucket.

Woody’s escape from the day care, both times.

Love the gambling scene.

Ken doing the fashion show for Barbie and when Barbie is tearing Ken’s clothes to make him talk.

The Bookworm’s expression when he sees the heels on the Supposed-to-be-Spacesuit Ken

The entire escape scene.

Mr. Tortilla Head.

Buzz’s entire Spanish. Especially “El Vaquero!”

The part where Lotso just walks away. Not that I like that he did that, but the way he did, made him even such a greater villian IMHO. I didn’t expect him to change feelings on a dime either. And did anyone else notice that during the down the escalator, some Monster, Inc. reference could be heard in the movie?

The part where Andy explains all the toys to Bonnie, and when she sees her ‘cowboy doll’. When Andy flinches away from her to take, it always gets me.

The part where the two play.

And the very end of the movie, where Bonnie waves Woody’s hand goodbye. Ugh. Here come the tears.

And the dancing sequence between Jessie and Buzz during the credits. Especially when he didn’t know why he was dancing :stuck_out_tongue:[/spoiler]

Oh, and Day and Night was absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to see that in 3D.

[spoil]I really liked the opening, with One Eyed Betty and all. [/spoil]

I really like the way Woody flails around when he runs they got the movements down so great.[/spoil]

My favourites were [spoil]the one where Woody’s talking to Lotso at the dumpster, it had really good acting at that part. The incinerator scene was definitely my favourite, the emotions were really strong, and it showed how much the toys cared for eachother. The opening scene was really great, and the final was amazing.[/spoil]

Well, most of my favorites have been mentioned already, but being that I’m in a bit of a rush, I’ll be happy to name a few:

  1. The Opening scene. 'Nuff said.

  2. The final scenes. Again, 'nuff said.

  3. Spanish mode all the way!!!

  4. [spoil]Yes, I really did feel close to screaming when I saw Buzz’s batteries: BnL alkaline![/spoil]

Gee, I sound awfully bland on these…:unamused:

When Woody first [spoil]goes to Bonnie’s house, and we meet her toys.[/spoil]

[spoil]Andy and Bonnie Playing together
The end segments, namely

  • Mr. Pricklepants and the LGM doing Romeo and Juliet. The way the LGM said “Oh Romeo” was completely hilarious!
  • Rex and Trixie playing a computer game. OTP, here it comes!
Chuckles seeing the picture of him that Bonnie drew
Woody meeting Bonnie’s toys; Bonny playing with her toys.
SPANISH BUZZ! And when he meets Jessie…again. “My desert flower!”[/spoil]

The final scenes

The scenes in the credits[/spoiler]

Hee, I like it when [spoil]Chuckles cracks a little smile![/spoil]

Yes me to!

The whole movie. I know it sounds like I’m trying to be a smart-ass but I really loved every second.

yeah me too XD

The opening scene was the best scene.

As is with almost all Pixar movies, the first and last. The stuff in the middle is important, but I see it as filler for the best scenes.

I can’t add anything else. So I’ll just say what I absolutely loved the most.

[spoil]When Bonnie waved Woody’s hand to Andy. And Andy’s expression, how his mouth kind of sighed and caught. [/spoil]I cried then. I am a big man, and I cried then. -Omar

YES I loved that opening scene! <3

-[spoil]Ken’s fashion show was the funniest part, had me laughing the entire time[/spoil] 8D

-[spoil]I really liked the fight with the monkey…I hated that monkey, he scared me, especially his cold, dead eyes[/spoil] :open_mouth:

-[spoil]The incinerator scene was very powerful, especially the end when they all just hold hands and accept their fate. Lotso’s line, “Where’s your kid now” was really awesome too[/spoil]

I think the scene that hit me the hardest was [spoil]the incinerator scene…The way the toys were accepting their fate like that, accepting death because they felt as though they had nothing else to live for, almost…Such strong stuff, and very unexpected! It might not be the happiest of scenes, but I think it is one of Pixar’s most emotional out of all their films.

I also loved pretty much any scene with Ken and Barbie in, especially Ken’s fashion show, and the Lotso flashback was such a good idea; it revealed so much about him that it became essential to the movie.

Finally, the concluding scene. I love how Andy played with his toys one last time, this time with Bonnie, and it became such a bittersweet ending. Beautiful.[/spoil]
