Oooh! The drive scene! <3 Well, it won’t come as I surprise but I pretty much love any scene that involves Sally. And if McQueen’s in it too? Even. Better. 
I watched Cars again last night and I really like the opening race.
Haven’t watched the original sicne like October.
I really enjoyed the opening sequence for Cars 2. Had some great visuals and was alot of fun to watch. Definitely the highlight of the film for me.
The opening is my absolutely favorite scene of the second one.
In fact, is one of my favorite sequence Pixar has ever produced.

I agree, those characters really keep the film together.
Oh yeah, I forgot the topic of this thread was “Favorite Scene” My other posts in here were kind of off topic, but I was mainly following the flow of conversation.
My favorites from the original Cars:
The scene at the beginning with Lightning McQueen bouncing off a car, then sticking his toungue out in midair while waving to Mia & Tia. That one was hilarious! I also like the scene with the music when the race goes back green with him leading the pack, beating them by quite a margin even though he was on old, worn out tires.
The scene where Mater is driving around all crazy after Lightning tells him he’ll wreck by driving backwards so much.
The “drive scene”, as a few have already mentioned with Sally & Lightning.
The “Our Town” flashback scene right after the “drive scene”.
Doc driving in the dirt just outside of Radiator Springs just after a bunch of tractors come.
That one is great.

LOL! That one part is great! I just love when Mater is like, “Wreck?! Shoot! I’m the world’s best backwards driver! You just watch this right here lover boy.” His expressions are great.
^^Yeah, it’s just a shame they made him so over the top in the second.

This is random but I actually have a road near my house I drive every day that never fails to remind me of Lightning and Sally’s drive to Wheel Well. The road drives about the same with dips and all that stuff and there’s a bunch of trees and leaves always fall. There’s no waterfall, of course, but there is a bridge across a river. 
That’s awesome^^, I wish I had that.
