By the looks of things, they’re not all Linguini’s hands.
They seem to vary a lot in size and colour.

that’s another thing I like in Pixar… there’s so
much life in their humans, look at other animated movie humans, they
always look like plastic toys…
even though Pixar-humans aren’t anitomicly (can’t spell
it) correct, they have a life-like quality about them…
Meg - I know – I absolutely love the detail Pixar
puts into their films! Just remarkeable…
And lizardgirl is correct: not
all of the hands belong to linguini. From the top row to the bottom row:
Pictures 1 and
2: Linguini’s hands
Pictures 3, 4, 5, and 6: Various chefs’
hands
I’m not sure about number seven (picture on the bottom right-hand corner), but I’m pretty sure it
doesn’t belong to Linguini. I don’t think…
Just look at the trailer and you’ll see. ![]()
Amazing!
Another thing I noticed
was that the chefs looked remarkably similar to the The Incredibles
characracters…in fact, I think all Ratatouille people do…I like that!
Yeah,
Mitch is right - only two of the pics are Linguinis’ hands.
The cook who seems to like fire also appears
to have slightly burned cheeks.
I saw the trailer for this movie when i went to see Pirate of the Carribean: At World’s end ![]()
The trailer also showed at Shrek 3, and I think
Spidey…
The
LQ trailers (on YouTube for example) really don’t give these trailers the justice they deserve. Seeing it on the
big screen will be so different to seeing it on your computer: the detail is going to incredible.
Saw Shrek 3 and Spidey 3 they didn’t play them at the theatre I went
to.
they did up here… I remember reciting the trailer each
time! hehe
When I saw POTC3, I saw the Ratatouille trailer in the cinema for the first
time. I was so pleased, especially since now it’s convinced my friends that Ratatouille IS gonna be a good film!

Cha – the backround score, effects, and overall sounds are magnified to 100 times the quality when you see
the trailer itself in the theater. I saw it along with Meet the Robinsons and
Shrek the Third, and I’ll definitely go to see Pirates
just for that, if not for the film itself. (snigger) ![]()

First time huh? Well, that is just surprising to hear. I thought
you would have seen it many weeks ago, but oh well. At least you get to see it nice, big, and right in front of
you.
I heard along the grapevine that some people actually enjoyed the Ratatouille trailer more
than the Shrek the Third movie! ![]()
TSS- Well, it’s only
because I haven’t been to the cinema in a few weeks. I saw the trailer itself on the internet, but seeing it on
the big screen is so different!

Ah, that is a good sign for Ratatouille right there. If peple loved the trailer better than
the movie, then it means one of two things. One, Shrek 3 wasn’t good, or two, Ratatouille will be incredible.
Maybe both.
rachel - Puh-ha! Yeah, that was the main reason I went to see
Shrek the Third myself… ![]()
Mitch: gasp You actually went to a Dreamworks film?
That’s it - you’re
kicked out of the forum. ![]()
What did you think of it? What did the audience in your cinema think of the
Rat. trailer?
rachel - Haha!
Yeah, I just went for three reasons:
1. I was kinda curious about
it…
2. I needed a few laughs in my system,
and
3. I wanted to see the Ratatouille trailer. ![]()
The movie itself was kinda so-so. Truth be told, the Ratatouille trailer was
better than the film! And as for the trailer: Well, it made quite a few people snigger in the back of the
theater. You could hear some people (mostly adults/moms and dads) laughing after it had finished. ![]()
