Harly Jessup was the produciton designer on Ratatouille. Lou Romono didn’t even work on the film other than as a voice. Harly jessup did Monsters, Inc., too! According to IMBD, Ralph Eggelston is the production designer on Wall-e. I have the Art of finding Nemo book which he also designed. Looks like the same team as the ones who made Finding Nemo.
This might sound weird, but I’d like to interview Mary Gibbs (voice of Boo in Monsters inc), no matter how young she is. 
Then again, I probably can’t contact her, unless she gets an email address at an early age…?
