Is it true?

Yikes! that would be creepy. I only had 4 Barbies. But I have about 50 stuffed dogs, so that might be pretty creepy.

A couple of nights ago, my TSC Woody Jumped of The Shelf Off His stand i could only hear it Then when i went in my room i saw footprints in the shape of cowboy boots in the floor But He Is a good toy maybe cause i take good care of him even though He is collectable.

I didn’t even count how many stuffed animals I had…but there are a lot of them. I can only imagine all the stuffed animals and barbies watching me… :open_mouth:

Well my sister had a bad experience with toys she had a bunch of barbie dolls back in the 80’s my sister and my brother stayed home while my mom and dad and my other sister went grocery shopping they were about 12 to 16 of age…My sister was watching tv my brother was in his room.My sister said she saw her dolls walking in the hall way and tried to tie my sister up she ran to my brothers room and my brother thought she was crazy so he goes check and he sees them trying to get kitchen knifes they both and crying historically locked in my brothers room.Years pass and my mom gets a priest to bless the house turns out their was a demon in the house…They moved out and then i was born and we still live in the new house well now its old…and Now im kinda scared of my toys I have a woody and jeesie from toy story collection and I swear every time i leave their position is moved. So i put them back in their boxes with twisty ties and everything kinda scared now I dont want that same thing to happen again…Now this is were religion and all that comes in…my aunt does witch craft and she tried to kill my mom with it. so she could have my dad and put my sisters and brother in foster homes and live her happy ever after well my mom found out about her so…she blessed the house and goes to church every time she can turns out my aunt is the one who brought demons in the old house since we found out we havent seen my aunt since…we heard she moved out of the state no one knows…all this happen before i was born so… what ever…

I grew up in a haunted house and all i can say is… I call bullshit on that!

Well… This sure is the funniest post I’ve read since I came to these forums 8D

Maybe he’s trying to get all ‘philosophical-existential’ on us?

To which I ask, “If a toy dances in a playroom and no one is around to hear it, does it make a box-office success?”

Of course they’re alive! Who do you think drinks all the beer when you’re at work?

I remember having a high fever when I was 11ish and seeing my Ken doll turn his head towards me and back again. Trippy stuff -Omar

you believe whatever you want to believe your house was haunted with ghost…ghost and demons are different …demons pry on peoples fear and basically mess with them till they can deal with they kill themselves in many cases…ghost think their still alive which is why many are lost and for us its haunting but their just living as if they never died.Demons can also put illusions as if something is happening. Now im not sure if whatever my sister and brother experience was real becuase I didn’t exist yet…it could be an illusion the demon did.

Haha, Maybe why not they are good in pretending to be normal toys :stuck_out_tongue:
maybe you are also in a sort of Trumanshow where we all actors…or was that a secret? euhh…director…

i thought you couldnt curse on this forums

I’ve heard of toys being possessed by the devil…or demons or something but not generally alive. I remember when I was younger I would sleep with my Nutcracker on Christmas because I thought he would come alive and take me on an adventure  haha and I used to think this creepy bride doll my Grandmother gave me moved it’s eyes…but I don’t know if that’s real or fake…
hmmm…it is an interesting concept.

It would be very creepy if they were real. O_O

I never gave it much thought when I was a kid until I saw Toy Story. My parents took me and my sister to go see the movie and we all loved it. After seeing the movie my sister and I were so convinced that they were alive. We kept trying to catch them in the act, but failed miserably. We then were under the impression that the only way they would come to life is if we had Woody and Buzz in the room, so we begged our dad to get them. Since my dad was a manager at a local Toys R Us, he knew when the toys would come in and what not. He said if we behaved and did well in school then for Christmas he would buy them for us.

That Christmas I got Woody and my sister got Buzz. We wrote our names on their feet and waited for them to come to life, but still nothing! We made repeated attempts to look under the door to see if they were moving around and we would even sneak up to the door and then kick it open, but still nothing. One day my mom and dad thought it would be hilarious if they left our bedroom window open on a windy day. So, while my sister and I were at school, my mom put some toys by the opened window. When my dad picked us up and brought us home, my sister and I did our little check under the door to see if anything was going on. Sure enough (with perfect timing), one of the toys got hit by the wind and it fell to the floor. My sister and I were so excited. XD They didn’t move after we opened the door though.

We did find out later on that it was just the wind. We were foiled again. Yeah… my parents loved playing little pranks like that on us. They were mean!

To this day that’s one of their favorite stories to tell people about me and my sister when we were kids. If anyone is wondering how old we were, I was 6 and my sister was 4. Lol.

Anyway, lol it would be creepy if they came to life especially in my house. Since my dad worked at Toys R Us, my sister and I had alot of toys. As a kid you would figure that at least one of them would move, and expose the secret life of toys. 8D

What are you talking about, of course toys are alive! I’ve had tons of toys that I used to play with as a small child, and now I can’t find them anywhere. Obviously, the only logical explanation that we can draw from this is that they all ran away.

Wow, I must of really been a really bad owner!

Today, I dug out my old pull-string Woody from '99. He was always my favorite, however, only today, he started talking on his own. It played out exactly like Toy Story; once he started talking, I turned him around, and sure enough, his pull string wasn’t moving. After the initial 3 or 4 phrases, it stopped. Weird.

Of course they are! In fact, Toy Story is just a documentary about toys coming to life. PIXAR payed a toy camera and they got the first hand inside scoop and interviews about life from a toy’s perspective.

I don’t know if they are alive or not, but I treat them very well as if they are my good friends… i say hi to them every time i walk into my room…

Yeah, I do that too.

i also enjoy greeting a talking to my toys. hahahaha

I don’t greet them, but I used to kneel before a Palpatine I have, just for fun 8D

LOL People will call anything Satanic XD
