Funny, I never thought of Toy Story 2 as having any kind of noticeable genre the way I noticed with Toy Story 3. To me it seemed more like a rescue movie with Buzz returning the favor to Woody.
As for the other films, I don’t know.
That would work well as a short.

^^^Hey, good to hear from you again Flik-E! And yes, I do think that Toy Story 2’s genre is a lot less defined than 1 or 3’s but it certainly wasn’t a buddy picture or an escape film rather than a “rescue / adventure” film.
