I’m thinking of getting one or two of them and putting them up in my classroom once I start teaching. Nothing like getting a bunch of wide-eyed freshmen or seniors excited about their new post-high school lives to walk into my classroom and see:


I also want to put a quote over the door to my room. In Dante’s Inferno, inscribed over the gates of Hell were the words “Abandon all hope ye who enter here.” I’m going to terrify my students on the first day - and then they’ll see me teach and (hopefully) think I’m cool… they’ll probably think I’m unhinged or something…

Okay, I don’t think there’s a funny video thread anymore, so I’m going to put this thingy here. Although it’s more weird than funny.

I live in PA, so I watch this station for the news. Watching the weather is always fun-Joe Snedeker always says/does something downright silly.He’s realllly weird,too.
