I kind of like Mia and Tia.
Although I hate fan girls, it’s fun to do their voices.

There is a scene in
Cars where Mia and Tia roll up to Lightning and scream:
"I’m
Mia!"
“I’m Tia!”
“We’re like your biggest fans! Ka-chow!!” - Both
If my
memory serves me right, the one on the right is Mia and the one on the left is Tia, in that particular shot.
Other than that, I am not quite sure how to tell them apart, exactly. Although, I think their stickers are placed
on different parts of their bodies.
So everytime we see the twins, is Mia always on the
left and Tia always on the right?

Probably, but they drive away from each other (gasp!) at the end of the film…in the closing credits, so I am
not sure. Like I said, look at the stickers.
But then they change from Lightning fans to Chick fans. Do the stickers stuff still
apply?

Oh yeah – I forgot about that. 
Well, I really have no idea. If you ever go back to Pixar, you can ask the main, creative team in charge
of animating the twins.
Maybe their
body shape, or hieght is different.
Actually , one of their voices ( i think Mia’s ) is just a smidge (hee hee ,
“smidge”) lower than the other’s voice . It might just be my ears though .
But when they talk at the same time, their voices sync together. Am I right?

It just occured to me that Mia and Tia put together is Miata.
