Hehe, I was hoping this would be a more tricky one to figure out, but here’s another hint as you requested: This character does not appear in any John Lasseter films.

Also keep in mind that all the clues tie in with this character. Unfortunately Marlin might be a wimp and a nice guy, but clue #1 doesn’t fit his description… Same with Emile - Only #3 fits him.
