It looks like a screenshot from the stage “Sarge’s Boot Camp:Dirt Track”
or whatever it’s called , I can’t remember . It’s the stage where Sarge makes Mcqueen race against him , Filmore , and some others so he can leave the boot camp . (yes , that’s where I got the idea for you fav chapter of my fanfiction Mitch ) . And that stage is , of course , from the original Cars video game for PS2 .
