I just have to repeat what I have written in the LOL! Thread:
Doc (off-screen): thinks “If he’ll scream woohoo, I’m flying then he is crazier than I thought.”
Lightning: screams “Woohoo, I’m flying.”
Everyone: O.o
Doc (still offscreen): thinks “He is TOO crazy.”
Another one:
Chick: “What?! You can fly? Argh, where’s Tinker Bell?”
Lightning: “Whoopie!”
YOU’RE KILLIN’ ME!!! XDDDDDDD!!! 
ROFLOL!

Lightning: sing “I believe I can fly! I believe I can touch the sky!” stops singing Er… ehm… well… I forgot the text!" hums the song
Shoot WON! You took my next one, the I believe I can fly idea. Oh well, back to the old thinking board again.
LIGHTNING: Ooh, the finish line!
CHICK: Too bad it’s mine.
Oh, that one was a good one A113. That sounded so realistic.
CHICK: You’re flying?!
LIGHTNING: Surprised? So am I.
CHICK: But that’s impossible!
LIGHTNING: This isn’t flying- this is driving really fast in a really weird but clever style! Careful I don’t make you cry when I win!
That reminded me of that quote in Toy Story:

(By the way, maybe the Crazy Hat Song from Wizards of Waverly Place might go as a caption with a screenshot of Ratatouille- just an idea if this pic comes up, sorry if I’m going off-topic…)
To make up for mentioning a caption for a pic that doesn’t exist on this thread yet, here’s another one for the Cars one:
