No, that joke was Funny, they werent saying “tinkerbell sucks” they were making fun of the fact that a character can come back to live just by claping 
I don’t think any form of parody is mean-spirited, unless its making fun of a specific group of people, and that’s only IF it doesn’t make fun of other groups of people. That’s why South Park is okay: it treats everyone like dirt, so everyone is equal. XD

I was watching Cartoon Network today, and there was a commercial for the new season of MAD. It looks like it’s Cars’ turn to be parodied!
It was only a couple seconds clip, but it had Lightning McQueen in a junk yard about to be demolished. It makes me curious as to how Lightning got to that point.
It seems like MAD is determined to parody all Pixar movies!

They likely missed A Bug’s Life too, but I noticed one in particular. I hope they do it, but with taste, like the Cars jokes. They were funny, without being crass or hurtful, even to someone as obsessed as me.

I saw the WALL•E episode the other day, and it had me laughing. Especially when [spoil]Shelby Forthright appeared[/spoil]. My brother laughed at the [spoil]Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs cameo.[/spoil] 
Ah Mad (Cartoon Network). I especially like the Mater and Remmy cameos plus the rejected Toy Story 3 characters sketch. How was the printed version more vulgar?

Meh, I’m still not a fan of MAD. But I like purple Lotso!
Besides the fact that Buzz looks like the Spy from Team Fortress 2, Mr Hamm is a Miss, Jessie’s outfit is different, and Matt Damon eerily sounds like Matt Damon (possible cameo?), this is one awesome parody!
Oh, and the cake’s not a lie.
