Anyway, thanks once again guys for nominating me, whoever you are. Didn’t expect it. 
Though if you were to reveal nomination figures TDIT, even though I’m not a moderator I’d certainly advise it happening after the voting period or even after the awards really even in the case of nominations. It might affect something if it happens before the last votes have been sent in. A blind vote is kind of probably what we want in the end. Until the very last time slot for voting has passed I think it might be best if they’re not revealed at all. And even then it’s still something to ponder. I mean, imagine if someone got no votes or it was a considerable gap. They might not take it well and while these awards are just for fun, I wouldn’t want someones feelings or pride too hurt. (Not winning is one thing- sometimes the idea of being last is the thing people don’t want, even though being nominated at all is great.)
I’m pretty sure most people here would be okay with it, but there’s always possibly one or two people who even though they say they might not mind, might do in reality if they found out.

We would like to keep the voting as secret as we can. Meaning, TDIT and I will not be sharing the vote results. As mentalguru said, this is all for fun. This isn’t to see who got the most votes, or who is the most popular.

I guess so. But the member thing isn’t as stupid as the best animated/best pic. Best animated shouldn’t even exist…
^ I think we should be treated equal like any other movie! It’s so not fair that TS3 was arguably the best movie of the year but because of how it was made it won’t get it. (I like how I’m talking about animated movies as ‘me’ and ‘we.’ Oops )
It is possible for a member to win both best member and best member of 2010. It’s like saying an athlete winning MVP and Rookie of the Year in the same year.
Totally agree. I’m not sure I would call TS3 best movie of the year, but it should be applicable none the less.
