I might struggle to do a full top 10. But I find Anton Ego to be oddly attractive.
Well, I like guys with blond or red hair, but I think a little arrogance and insanity here and there doesn’t exactly put me off.

Male:

Female:
- Helen Parr (prettiest human character in all PIXAR movies!)
- EVE
I don’t see why people like Mirage and Violet better than Helen. Mirage looks like an aneorexic, loose, mindless freak to me, and Violet’s a child. But, I wouldn’t care, I have no interest in women(in that way.)
10: Dory - She’s a fish, so her looks aren’t that impressive, but everybody loves a funny woman.
9: Celia - It’s the voice that does it for me.
8: Violet - While she’s pretty, her shyness makes her lose points.
7: Jesse - Wow, a fish and now a toy? Pixar, you guys are gifted.
6: Helen - A saucy accent and great figure, but the icing on the cake is her “flexibility.”
5: Sally - A nice shade of blue with dreamy eyes, and not to mention her tattoo. What, now I’m digging a car?
4: Mirage - She’s uber-hot, but she technically is evil.
3: Colette - A sexy French accent, great hair-style, and she can do all of the cooking. Plus, if Linguini can get her, then that provides nerds with more hope.
2: Ellie - Oh my god, Ellie is a fox! Not only is she hot, but she has a fun personality and even keeps some of her looks when she’s old.
1: Eve - …What? C’mon, you thought so too, right?

I actually find Linguini to be somewhat attractive…
When my Culinary Arts class last year, we went to the Culinary Institute of America at Saint Helena for a tour. We had lunch, and our waiter looked JUST like Linguini! And he was skinny and awkward. He asked my friend (that’s a girl) “Would you like anymore bread, sir?” it was hilarious!
Anyway, too the point. He was really attractive too!
Only here, only here. Haha. And I mean this in attractiveness of personality, kind of.

- Syndrome, hands down. (You can’t tell me you didn’t see this one coming.) I’ve always liked guys with hair bigger than their head as well as nerdy guys and gingers. Now if only he could tone down the crazy just a little…
-insert landslide of attractiveness here- - Buzz Lightyear. I’ve fangirled over him since I was little, although a note must be made that I like his personality better than his looks. I like the cartoon version better… if we’re counting the cartoon, Warp is so above him though. -drool-

- Andy (TS3). It’s made kind of awkward by the fact that he has the same name as my little brother, though.
- Carl (younger adult). I don’t know, I just like him. XD
- Muntz. I don’t know… it’s more just “I find him inexplicably attractive” like with Carl.
- Auto. Good luck trying to get me to explain this one…
- Doc Hudson. He was really the only character I liked in Cars, but that’s okay because I really liked him. :3
- Frozone. Why can’t I explain anything below Carl except Doc Hudson?!
- Anton Ego. I… don’t know.
As for girls I like the design of EVE, Jessie, Violet, and Ellie as a kid in no particular order.
