Their are a lor of blue character’s. The Gross Sisters, Dr. Drakken, Skeeter. What did they do to themselves? 
We will never know.
Blue and Purple seem to be the go to colour for the designated ‘bad guys’ in Disney really though.
For some reason. I have no idea why.
Anyway back on topic, I used to watch this show and enjoyed it for the most part. I think Papi was the only one who annoyed me too much (I think it was his laugh? It was funny the first few times but then set me on edge).
I remember their was an episode where Penny had a talking credit card.

I remember at first getting into this show and enjoying it when I first discovered it around 2003, but starting with the 3rd Season, this show went downhill in a huge way (Oscar getting hurt more and more often grew to be very unfunny and old, as was the notion that he was universally hated by everyone. The new teacher who yelled in that annoying voice was unbearable. Etc.). I was actually more happy than sad when the show finally ended. 
I wasen’t into the show enough to really be sad it ended.
