What I get from this is Linguini’s
nervousness. It looks like he wants to tell Collete how he feels about her, but is to nervous.
TSS- Yeah probably that is why he keeps spying on him
and that’s why he took him hat off looking for Remy. 
Yep – we actually do find out that Skinner discoveres Linguini’s little
“secret” in the Ratatouille trailer. In the trailer, there is a moment
where Skinner says this:
[i]"He’s toying with my mind; taunting me with that
rat!"[/i]
Soo…obviously… And the very fact that he tried to catch Remy in Linguini’s
hat says it all. 
And yeah, poor Linguini has the butterflies in that last shot I put up. 
That is true. Which in fact makes him even funner
when everyone figures out that he is crazy.
I really like that shot. Like
TSS said, it looks like he wants to confess his feelings about Colette, but he’s

Maybe
that part of the trailer could hint somethiing to us. It could maybe foreshadow a relationship with Collete and
Linguini.

If you’ve ever had a rat crawling in your shirt then you know that it’s the fuzziest,
weirdest, most interesting sensation of something crawling on you. Ants are worse, but rat claws are just as bad.
Havent we talked about a screen like
that where something is crawling up your shirt before?
I never had a rat crawling in my shirt, and I don’t plan to do it either!
But I like
that shot, Remy and Linguini look so cute together!
They do look cute, but it makes me nervous. What if one messes up and results in a big
spill?
You get a great sense of friendship with Remy in Linguini’s shirt like that…

concerning the shot that I have as my current signature, where Remy is crawling around in Linguini’s shirt. I
just thought I’d bring it up again.

yes, exactly! The very fact that Linguini lets Remy run around in his uniform omits a smell of great
friendship.

Remy looks like he’s thinking, "What the heck are
you doing?"
Or maybe he isn’t as enthusiastic. While Linguini might be ready or something, Remy could
snese that he still has a long way to go.
The Star Swordsman - Yeah,
that’s a possiblity, as well. I wonder if this scene appears the morning after Remy “teaches” Linguini
to cook an omelette? Could be that Linguini suddenly feels over-confident and wishes to impress his coworkers
(Colette, especially) and boss immediately. Not a good thing if he’s still inexperienced…and Remy knows it.
My thoughts exactly Mitch.

we just decide to do?!"

Hehe ^^ When I saw that pic, I thought ‘Harness the power!’ and my brother,
of course, said ‘Use the force!’ … Star Wars nut.
