My question I’d like to

pose is this: What do you think will be the Official Short to Ratatouille next summer?? Will it be entirely

new, or will it be an oldie, one that hasn’t been attached to a film yet?

My bet/more so hope would be

Red’s Dream. Not because it’s one fo my top favorites (because it isn’t), but because it’ll be 20 years old

next year (it came out 1987), and it’s the only official PIXAR short that’s not been attached to a film

yet.

That doesn’t mean I don’t want them to make a new Short, but if PIXAR feels it’s time to join the

rest of the club, then that be really cool.

What do you guys think?

MAJOR EDIT - I’m changing the

Yeah Red’s Dream hasnt been attached but then you can

also say that Andre And Wally B havent been attached. If there was a way we could get in contact with Osnat

Shurer maybe we could find out hehehe.

Of course from a technical stand point Andre & Wally B isn’t even a

Pixar short as it was produced when they were still a division of Lucas films - though the short has been

classically adopted by the library. :slight_smile:

Hmmm . . . again, if it happens, then that’s one more Short that

could be owned on DVD . . . but then again . . . .

I’ve heard on UpcomingPIXAR.com a while back, and Luxo Jr.

(I think) came up with the page for on Wikipedia . . . but any HARD evidence yet??

Yeah, I’m can be a perfectionist, and I’d love to have a Complete PIXAR collection one day (Films, Shorts,

and I’d love to have even their commercials . . . if that’d EVER be possible!)

There’s probably this secret room at Pixar with all the footage of anything to do with Pixar EVER as well as

every single piece of Pixar orientated merchandise created. :smiley:

LOL, yeah, have you seen the Toy Story 10th anniversary

DVD (which I’m soooooooooo annoyed at buying, no Tin Toy, WHAT), the intro has John with millions of this

merch.

And have you seen inside Pixar, all these beatiful huge “The art of” type pictures.

I just LOVE the style that

they used for the MI initial sketches. I want them…drool
