The person above me has to forgive me. I didn’t mean to come off so harshly. I just get tired of hearing how great BR is and how I’m not a true movie fan for not owning one when I’m simply too poor to afford everything involved and seemingly have to suffer the consequences akin to the Great Migration of the early 00s.
Not that the person above me has ever said those things. It’s just a general thing that gets my goat.
The person above me is right in one thing: you don’t have to own something to be a fan.
I had an argument in these forums because a stubborn member said I was a lesser fan than him because I didn’t own certain DVD. Of course, he doesn’t know how difficult could it be for me to acquire that product here in my country, or if I had enough money.
Don’t worry about not owning a couple of devices, they’re just accessories. What makes you a movie fan is your knowledge about cinema.
