Yes, it was a huge improvement over Chicken Little.
The plot is quite good, if the animation has aged badly. I think the thing I would change is that all the characters appear to be on caffeine 
Ah. I really love Fanny, but I agree, they are too jittery. But I still really love that movie. I feel guilty!

I have the same problem!!! My mom says it all the time, but only recently did I start to see in my life how self involved I am. I’m very disappointed with the person I’m shaping up to be.
I’m not happy with how Merida looks in the released shots. She looks like a vomitous mass of Helen
Parr and Rapunzel mixed up into a disgusting blob. But, they’re both so beautiful, and she’s so ugly!!
Why guilty? It’s not a bad movie. And yes, Franny is the more likable out of them.

Like you said, IV, I’m just disappointed over the kind of person I’ve become. Not an admirable one. I try not to depress myself over it, though, and work on being optimistic, because when I’m happy I can improve.
