Yes, that’s a problem we’ve had to deal with during all ages.
I personally keep away from them, but not everybody around you does, and their behavior affects you too.

Like Leirin said, I don’t think we would survive too long without the technology now that we’re accustomed to it.
But maybe my proper time isn’t in the past, but in the future 
I have different views, after all my family and my livelyhood is supported by the wine industry.
There’s nothing wrong with a glass of wine or beer everynight. Although I don’t do it, marijuana should be legalized. However, unfortuntely, there are lots of people who go over the edge. Too much of a good thing is a bad thing.
I don’t care if people drink or do drugs at home. But I REALLY hate when they do it in public places, or even worse-school. They waste everyones time.
