You mean Alice? I guess it is technically a sequel. But everyone hates it, and I feel like the odd one out. I realize it’s not a great movie, but I love it for some reason.
And I agree, ST is very bad.
I’m addicted to Videogames.
Apparently.
I’ve been starstruck by acceptance, for a long time. Nothing will ever weird me out about someone.
I’ve watched Wall-E 4 times through my challenge, once with the english subtitles on. Because of this, i have a dire hate for the word:
WARBLE!
You not in the states, Lance?
You mean Alice? I guess it is technically a sequel.
Yep, it has no relation with any previous movie, so it isn’t a remake. It’s just another of the countless adaptations of the book and, yes, a sequel to the original story.
Cool. I have just been educated.
To virginia, yes, i’m in the states, it’s just that i wanted to watch Wall-E in different ways, as i was doing this challenge. Unfortunately, the only thing they had was english subtitles off, or on. So i went with that, and now, since they’ve constantly use the Word Warble as subtitle context for expression, i just can’t stand that WORD!
Oh! Okay. Sorry, I haven’t watched it w/subtitles, so I had no idea.
WARBLE!
I usually put the subtitles on when I watch films. Even when the film is in English. I have no idea why I do it.
What’s your name, since it starts with an L, and your a girl?
Subtitles usually bug me. I only tolerate them to enjoy French or German films or films from somewhere else. It’s good to see films from everywhere, I think.
In my honest opinion, i think they should add EVE as a princess, but not a disney princess.
I think Kida, Giselle, and a few others should be Disney princesses. And Atta!!
I put the subtitles sometimes. As you know, English is not my first language, and I’ve actually learned it trough movies and such.
Through movies? Impressive. That would be even more difficult!
I wish I was fluent in Spanish.
But I’d prefer Japanese.
IV, i would too!
Not to say that spanish is a bad language to learn, it’s fine, but i’d much rather prefer and want to learn Japanese other than being passively forced to learn Spanish to get to PSU.
Well, I’m just so intriuged by Japanese and other Asian cultures. And I have no idea why, it’s just a weird obsession.
I actually learned English like this: I know the Harry Potter books by heart, so when I read them on English (that was a long time ago, when there were only four released) I understood everything and learned a lot of the language.
I’ve been improving ever since using movies.
Too bad Wall-E couldn’t help you much on your studies…
