Looks great, but I cant wait to see it in HD on ABC Family.
A very short clip, but already I love it! 
My favorite part would probably [spoil]be Buzz’s reaction when Andy takes him and throws him into the bag with the other toys, because he was the toy that used to be so popular with Andy cause of the franchise he came from and now he’s seemed to have grown out of him completely like he was a dead fad.[/spoil] The irony now is that in the 1st Toy Story Woody would have gladly wanted to see Buzz rejected and out of his life so he could be Andy’s favorite toy again, but they had become such close friends since then that he couldn’t bear to see anything bad happen to him. You can really see how far they’ve come from “I’d love to see you as a crater!” to “That’s not trash!”.
I guess Lee Unkrich wasn’t going to show the part with [spoil]Buster being overweight,[/spoil] but it was great to see what I did. Leaves me even more anxious for it to come out next summer!

I wasn’t expecting them to show part of the D23 expo clip. Wow! That was amazing! Tyler1995 & Sunny, you’re not alone, I felt that “original Toy Story feel” to it, too. I was wanting to see more though… 
All well, just gonna be impatiently waiting…to see the movie…in IMAX 3-D! Darn it! It’s taking longer than I thought it would.
Haha. True that, I wanted to watch also but as you said Canada is left out once again. But we have Nickelodeon now one good thing I guess If you like Nick.

I haven’t seen the clip and I probably won’t…I’m trying to stick to my usual policy of seeing each Pixar film fresh in the cinema when it’s first officially released. Not sure how long I’m going to be able to hold off for Toy Story 3, though.
Wish I had your will power, I really do. as it is Ive already watched the clip more times than I can count, and read the story book description so I basically know how things generally end.
Heh, I initially resolved to do the same thing as lizardgirl as well, but I’ve still gone and watched the clip and trailer several times.
I did manage to refrain from reading the story book description though…I came this close to highlighting the spoilers, but then everyone else’s reactions in the thread (which is gone now) stopped me.
Knowing me, I’ll still probably end up finding out what happens before the movie is released anyway.
I always end up spoiling everything, especially when Up came out. As for TS3, expect the junior novel to be in my hands May 11th.
I saw the clip (wasn’t able to see it on tv due to work but I did see it), man oh man, now the suspense is killing me…I can’t wait for this film to come out.
I am also glad to see how the friendship between Woody and Buzz has grown since the last two films. Lol, I remember when Woody tried to get rid of Buzz in TS and by this film, it’s his best buddy that he would do anything for and Buzz would do the same, that’s pretty cool. 
I loved the clip, and I loved the whole toy story feel. I’m curious as to if that’s the final score, or if they just stuck in different TS2 pieces to make it presentable. I thought it fit perfectly though.
[spoiler]I’m glad they edited it, so the scene will be somewhat fresh in theaters. I’m curious as to what was edited though. I’m geussing it might show a little more of Andy packing away his toys, and I thought the part between Woody saying “That’s not trash!” and Mom already being outside happened too quick, there might be something betwen there.
Did anyone think maybe, just maybe, Andy said nobody would want the toys, JUST so HE could keep them instead (Woody and Buzz mostly)? He prevented them from going to daycare, where he might not have wanted them t get trashed. Also, I wonder what his reaction will be when Woody’s missing…[/spoiler]

I agree that it fits perfectly, but wouldn’t be too surprised if thats not the final either. they only just started scoring it recently.
It does work though because it subtly reminds the audience of the climax of the first film.

[spoiler]I think there’s a scene that they cut out where Molly comes in and mocks Andy about the fact that he still has his toys while he was throwing them into the trash bag. At least, as far as I know. You can kind of tell in the editing because Andy sort of turns around from looking from the opposite direction right before looking at Woody and Buzz. Or not.
Also, yeah, that’s a pretty feasible theory. If he didn’t are about the toys, he would have thrown them away a long time ago.[/spoiler]
