I wonder Syndrome would fare up against Dr Doom as they both use technology and science. I think Dr Doom would win, he is much more dangerous and experienced. It still would be interesting to see.
In Marvel Comics, they label Dr. Doom as one of the most villianous bad guys in the marvel universe. Syndrome is just trying to be a hero. His actions might be considered evil, but his intention was to be glorified by the people.
That’s true. But, Dr Doom blames Reed for the scar on his face and that was one major factor in him being evil.
But Doom was an evil character all around from the start, where as Syndrome did very bad things to become a hero.

I think if Syndrome were to go up against Doom, I think he be be rooted as a good guy. But part of me believes that Doom would have the edge for nearly all x-factors.

How about Syndrome vs the Joker?
I think Syndrome would win because he is more technologically advanced, and technology is a huge x-factor. But Joker would put up a good fight because he is more sadistic.
Syndrome has the edge in terms of gadgets and weapons. But, you can’t count the Joker out because he is so insane, that it is very difficult to stop him. I’m not really sure on this one, because the Joker will show no mercy to Syndrome, if he gets a shot at killing him, but, Syndrome has alot of weapons. Syndrome though doesn’t have as much experience as The Joker. I can’t quite decide.
Joker is indeed insane. But with the weapon advantage Syndrome has, it’s hard to go against him.

I see where you are coming from. But, the Joker has beaten people before who have alot of advantages.

Laughing gas. Okay. I see that as enough to incapacitate, but not enough to do any damage. But it should throw Syndrome off his game plan.
It can make them laugh to death.
